We’ve all been there, myself included. After a bad break up in 2014, I felt it was time for a positive change. I was venturing into a new territory of personal healing and realized just how much I neglected myself over the years. I took a step towards healing the deep wounded parts of myself and made the decision to only surround myself with those who accepted and embraced me for all that I am. Now, I have made it a mission to coach and help others during this pivotal period in their own journeys.

"Good beginnings make good endings”

Imagine how you will feel…When you finally find peace around how the breakup ended. Imagine everything you can accomplish once you’ve created a new game plan and nailed down what you want out of life. Your friends and family will notice all of the work you’ve put into yourself and see a happier, healthier, and more confident you.
